Child Support so that you can do your business with us on your mobile
device.

Express Plus Child Support mobile app
Express Plus Child Support lets you do most of your Child Support business on your mobile device. It combines many of the functions currently available on your Child Support online account through myGov, including new features, such as a personal diary.Express Plus Child Support mobile app is available for Apple devices with iOS7+ and Android devices with version 4.0+.
To get started:
- create a myGov account and link to Child Support
- download the app
- log on with your myGov username and password
- set up your 4 digit PIN
- accept the Terms and Conditions
Express Plus Medicare mobile app
With Express Plus Medicare you can:- view your Medicare claim history
- view your profile and update your address and contact details
- view and update your bank account details
- request a duplicate or replacement card
- claim Medicare benefits
- view your Medicare Safety Net balance
- view your Medicare Benefit Tax Statement
- view your Child Immunisation History Statement
- view and access documents saved in the Vault
- find your nearest service centre
To get started:
- create a myGov account and link to Medicare
- download the app
- log on with your myGov username and password
- set up your 4 digit PIN
- accept the Terms and Conditions
Express Plus Centrelink mobile app
With Express Plus Centrelink you can:
- update your contact details
- update your participation or study details
- view your online letters
- view your payments and transaction history
- capture and upload documents
- report your employment income
- view, estimate and update your family income estimate
- manage your own money, see your available balances and view details about recent transactions on your BasicsCard if you are income managed or use a BasicsCard
To get started:
- create a myGov account and link to Centrelink
- download the app
- enter your online customer number and password
- answer the secret question to set up your 4 digit PIN
- accept the Terms and Conditions
Digital Wallet
A Digital Wallet allows you to access your concession cards using your Express Plus Centrelink mobile app. To access real time concession entitlements on your Digital Wallet, you need to download the latest version of Express Plus Centrelink and use the side menu.By swiping vertically, you will be able to display both the front and back of your card. If you have more than 1 concession card, you can swipe horizontally to access the card you need.
If your concession card is no longer active, EXPIRED will appear across the card and will be displayed for 28 days before it’s no longer available through your app. This will give you time to reapply if necessary.
There may be circumstances where you should continue to use your physical card. If your Digital Wallet is not accepted by a concession provider, please contact us with their details by email mobile.app@humanservices.gov.au

Push notification service
We can send messages as push notifications to your Express Plus Centrelink mobile app. These may include reminders to report, or requests for you to provide up to date information or documents.Where possible, you will be directed to the relevant option or service within the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app to complete your business.
If you are also subscribed to the Electronic Messaging service, you may receive a push notification on your Express Plus mobile app instead of an SMS or email.
You will only receive push notifications from us when connected to the internet.
Subscription
Subscribe to our push notification service and download the latest version of Express Plus Centrelink. If you use an Android device, you will be subscribed to the service as soon as you log in to the app. If you use an Apple device, you will be subscribed once you accept the push notifications offer.If you do not wish to receive these messages, you will need to access the settings menu on your mobile device and disable push notifications for Express Plus Centrelink. If you own an:
- iPhone®, iPod touch® or iPad®, go to Settings > Notifications. Select Centrelink from the list and switch Allow Notifications to OFF
- Android device, go to Settings > Application Manager. Select Centrelink from the list and uncheck the Show notifications box
Report your employment income in languages other than English
Use the Express Plus Lite mobile app to report your employment income in:- Arabic
- Chinese
- Persian (Farsi)
- Vietnamese
