With the secure site on ameriprise.com, you can choose to receive your important financial documents online rather than in the mail. When they become available for you to retrieve online, we’ll send you an email.

Documents available online include:

• Prospectuses
• Financial confirmations
• Statements
• Administrative documents such as beneficiary changes and suitability confirmations

Why choose e-delivery?

• Flexibility. Choose which types of Ameriprise Financial documents you want to receive electronically. You’re in control.
• Convenience. Save your statements on your personal computer or store them on our online archive. They’ll be available online for up to seven years, so you can see them when you want.
• Security. Ameriprise stores client information using state-of-the-art security and privacy technology. Receiving your documents online can reduce the risk of stolen mail and loss of paper documents through natural disaster.

• Already registered for the secure site on ameriprise.com? Just log in to your account, click on My Profile, and select the Document Delivery Preferences tab to sign up for e-delivery or add additional document types.
• Not registered for the secure site on ameriprise.com? You must be registered to sign up for e-delivery. During registration, you’ll be asked to update your document delivery preferences. Register now.
